Model Breakdown

To help customers know which model is right for them, we've broken down every compact SUV in the Chevy lineup. Each of these models can be purchased at our dealership in Hinesville, GA, so keep reading to learn more about these great SUVs.

2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer

The new Trailblazer is spacious, functional, and outfitted with plenty of convenience features Jesup and Pooler customers are sure to enjoy. Along with a roomy cabin, the cargo area is quite generous, especially when the rear seats are folded flat.

Powering this model's four trims: LS, LT, ACTIV, and RS are two different turbocharged three-cylinder engines. The base powertrain is a 1.2-liter engine that outputs 137 horsepower and comes with front-wheel drive. While the other engine option is a 1.3-liter model that produces 155 horsepower and comes with all-wheel drive.

All Trailblazer models have an 11.0-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and Sirius XM satellite radio. Every model also has basic safety features such as automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, and lane-keeping assist.

2024 Chevrolet Trax

Discontinued in 2021, the Chevy Trax is coming back for the 2024 model year. Now Fort Stewart residents will find this mode has an updated exterior, completely redesigned interior, and more modern features, so this is one vehicle not to overlook.

Available in five trims: LS, 1RS, LT, 2RS, and Activ, the new Trax will be powered by a turbocharged 1.2-liter 137-hp three-cylinder engine. This engine will be attached to a six-speed automatic transmission and use front-wheel drive.

With its updated exterior and redesigned interior, the Trax now has a longer wheelbase, adding about three inches of additional rear legroom and cargo space. And the cabin also features some new amenities like a remote start, heated front seats and steering wheel, and a sunroof.

An eight-inch infotainment touchscreen also comes standard. However, higher trims will feature an 11.0-inch infotainment touchscreen and an eight-inch gauge cluster. Additional features include a wireless phone charger, a Wi-Fi hotspot, automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, and lane-keeping assist.

2024 Chevrolet Equinox

For the 2024 model year, Chevy has only made minor changes to the Equinox. These changes include two new metallic paint colors: Riptide Blue and Lakeshore Blue. And there's a revived optional package called Driver Confidence II which adds blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert.

Every trim of the Equinox, the LS, LT, RS, and Premier, is powered by the same powertrain a 1.5-liter 175-horsepower Inline four-cylinder engine. This engine uses front-wheel drive and produces 203 pounds of torque.

Coming standard is a seven-inch touchscreen, though an eight-inch display is optional. Both units have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard features and use Chevrolet's MyLink infotainment interface. Additional features include Bluetooth phone and audio streaming, a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, forward-collision warning, automated emergency braking, and lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assist.
